Monthly draw terms

Rùn monthly free prize draw: win a crate of 24 cans.

1. Promoter

1. The promoter is JetBlack Performance Ltd, trading as Rùn, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC902862).
2. Questions about the draw: message @rundrinks on Instagram or email jetblackperformanceltd@gmail.com.

2. Who can enter

1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who can collect the prize in Glasgow.
2. The promoter's director and their immediate family can't enter.
3. We may ask a winner for proof of age before handing over a prize.

3. How to enter

1. Join the Rùn waitlist at rundrinks.co.uk and confirm you're 18 or over. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. Once you've joined, you're entered into every remaining monthly draw. You don't need to enter again.
3. One waitlist entry per person. Duplicate sign-ups (for example, the same person using several email addresses) don't count.
4. You don't have to agree to marketing emails to enter.

4. Extra entries for referrals

1. Each eligible person who joins the waitlist using your referral link gives you one extra entry in every draw that closes after they join.
2. You can earn up to 20 extra entries.
3. Referrals must be real, different people who join of their own choice. Fake, duplicate or automated sign-ups are removed. We may disqualify anyone who tries to game the draw.

5. Draw dates

1. Each draw closes at 23:59 UK time on the dates below. The winner is drawn within 7 days of the closing date.

2. If launch is later than planned, we may add further monthly draws. Any new dates will be published on this page before they open.

6. The prize

1. Each draw has one winner, who gets one crate of 24 × 330 ml cans of Rùn Dark Berry + Yuzu.
2. Rùn launches in Glasgow in 2027. Prizes are handed over once the drink is available, at a launch event or another agreed place in Glasgow.
3. There's no cash alternative and prizes can't be transferred. If something outside our control stops us supplying the prize, we'll offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
4. Rùn is high in caffeine (120 mg per can). It isn't recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.

7. Winners

1. Winners are picked at random from all valid entries.
2. We'll email the winner within 7 days of the draw. If they don't reply within 14 days, we'll draw another winner.
3. We'll make each winner's first name and area available on request. With their permission we may also mention them on Instagram. Winners can object to this.

8. Your data

1. We use your details to run the waitlist and the draw and to tell you about the launch.
2. We'll only send you news and offers if you ticked the box to say yes.
3. We never sell or share your details. To be removed, email us or reply to any of our emails.

9. General

1. This draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
2. We may change or cancel the draw if something outside our reasonable control makes it necessary. If we do, we'll update this page.
3. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
